The Trisagion edition of Meesters&Gezellen took place from February 13–28, 2025, and was a celebration of choral music from Eastern Orthodox, Armenian, and Syrian traditions. Under the direction of renowned conductor Daniel Reuss and four experienced members of Cappella Amsterdam, twenty young vocal talents formed a motivated chamber choir that sang at a high level.
The series of seven concerts throughout the Netherlands, held in Dalfsen, Vlissingen, Noordwijk, Amsterdam, Nijmegen, Leiden, and Utrecht, was a great success and attracted a total of 1388 visitors. In the menu next to this text, you can listen to recordings of these concerts.
Thanks to all the singers who participated, and to everyone who supported or attended the project. We’re already looking forward to the 2026 edition! More information about it will be posted on this website at a later time.
